Besides the timber cottage and a stone building, there is a third two-storey stone typical building in Koriskhevi area.

There are 5 rooms on the first floor, between them 1 rooms for the people with limited mobility with private bathrooms, a small orangery and a fire place as well.

Guests can enjoy the picturesque view of the Mtkvari River Valley and surroundings from the spacious wooden balconies decorated with the beautiful flowers.
